The Company
Morning Star Investments ,LLC was birthed out of a love of improving and restoring homes; and offering a helping hand to families with their real estate issues.
The company name, Morning Star Investments, has its root in biblical scripture, Revelation 22:16 which states that Jesus is the..."bright and morning star". We want the business to reflect the principles he taught.
Company Goal
Our goal is to restore real estate properties with integrity and excellence. It is our aim to help people with distressed properties to liquidate their properties and reach their personal benchmarks which include financial freedom.
We want to restore distressed and dated homes to a state resembling their former glory but with modern conveniences and amenities. Our homes will be structurally sound and esthetically pleasing for the individuals and families that will purchase homes rehabilitated by Morning Star Investments LLC.
Dr. Madeline Maupin Hicks
Madeline Maupin Hicks was the first African American female to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, having graduated in 1975. She is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned a degree in biology. Madeline also completed study and received a teaching certificate to teach K-12 from the University of Louisville.
